We currently have two settings. One is based within the grounds of Temple Grove Academy, the other is based at Skinner's Kent Primary School.

We currently collect from the following schools:

  • Broadwater Down
  • Skinner's Kent Primary School
  • St James
  • St Johns
  • St Marks
  • St Matts
  • St Pauls
  • St Peters
  • Temple Grove Academy
  • (Phoenix Centre on Fridays only)


We offer full wraparound care. Our Temple Grove setting is our primary site and is currently home to our Breakfast Club, After School Club for a majority of our schools and our Holiday Club.

Our Skinner's Kent Primary setting currently serves as a Breakfast and After School Club for the children of that school.

After School Club: 

  • Yes, a refundable deposit of £100 per family is required to secure the placement. This will be refunded to you as a reduction on your last invoice when a months notice is given. If your fees are not up to date or you give less then a months notice you will forfeit the deposit.

Holiday Club: 

  • 25% of the booking total is used as a non refundable deposit. If you cancel any sessions you will only receive 75% back. If your child is unable to attend a session and you give less then 48hours notice the full session fee is payable. If you give notice outside of this, we can move your session or offer an account credit of 75%.


Bookings for all of our clubs and sessions are made via our booking system. There is a link to this on our 'sessions and fees' page.

After School Bookings: Dependant on the site your children will be attending, you may need to request a contract booking for your child/children as we are unable to allow parents to book on an ADHOC basis due to being quite full. If you need an adhoc booking please contact Liz and she will see if there is space for that session. 

Holidays: Booking close 48hours before a session starts.

Breakfast Club: Bookings close 48hours before a session starts.

Payments have to be manually added to the booking system for the account to show as paid. All our banking is done on Friday mornings before 12pm. If a payment is made/ received after this time it will not be applied to the booking system until the following Friday. 

Exceptions: During the holidays we may be too busy to focus on the admin during our normal times, so this will be done once we are available to do so. 

Payment reminder emails are sent out automatically by the booking system 10 days after an invoice is generated if no payment is allocated to your booking. This can mean that you may receive one, even if you have paid due to the admin time when banking is done. Please do not worry about receiving these, they are to serve as a reminder in case payment has not been made yet. If you have made payment, please wait for it to be applied to your account. If a payment cannot be traced Liz will be in touch with you. 


If paying via Tax Free Childcare or Childcare vouchers, please note that these can sometimes take a few days to reach our account.


In some instances you may recieve an admin fee on your account. These are charged in accordance with our Admissions & Fee's policy, Terms and Conditions and as stated within our Parent Handbook.

Reasons you may receive a fee:

  • Not informing us that your child is absent from or has been collected early from school.


  • Not informing us that you will be collecting the child from school on the day in advance of the session 


  • Late collection without contacting the setting to let them know of an ETA.


  • Late/ non payment - You have 14 days in which to pay an invoice. If payment is made after this time you will be charged. You will also receive a charge each time you are contacted regarding this issue if not resolved as soon as possible or having discussed the circumstances with Liz.
